Co.,Ltd. is a joint venture between Shanghai Securities
Co.,Ltd. and Daiwa Securities Capital Markets Co.,ltd. The company is registered
in Shanghai with paid-in capital of RMB 500 million. Shanghai
Securities Co.,Ltd. holds 67% stake and Daiwa Securities Capital Markets holds 33%
in this joint venture respectively.
Our business scope includes Securities (Stocks, Corporate bonds issued by listed companies) issuance and underwriting
and other business granted by China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). |
