Securities Co.,Ltd. is a joint venture between Shanghai Securities
Co.,Ltd. and Daiwa Securities SMBC Co.,ltd. The company is registered
in Shanghai with paid-in capital of RMB 500 million. Shanghai
Securities Co.,Ltd. holds 67% stake and Daiwa SMBC holds 33%
in this joint venture respectively.
Our business scope includes underwriting of shares(Chinese A
and Foreign shares)and bonds(Government &Corporate), brokerage
of Foreign shares, brokerage and proprietary trading of bonds(Government
and Corporate)and other business granted by CSRC. |
